30-Day Easy Returns

At ElectraVire, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

You may return an item if:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unused or gently used

  • The item is returned with its original packaging and accessories

Shipping & Express Orders

  • Standard shipping is included in our product pricing.

  • Express shipping fees are non-refundable, as express services are fulfilled immediately by the carrier.

  • If an order was shipped using Express delivery, only the product value will be refunded.

Bundles & Multi-Item Orders

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle may be returned together or individually.

  • If only part of a bundle is returned, the refund will reflect the value of the returned item(s) only.

  • Any bundle discount applied may be adjusted if the return causes the order to meet the bundle conditions no longer.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • All returns are processed using standard return shipping.

  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return if opened:

  • In-ear earphones and earbuds

  • Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

  • Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once an order has shipped, it must be returned according to this Return Policy.
