At ElectraVire, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why every ElectraVire product comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:

Power or charging issues

Audio or connectivity defects

Mechanical or internal component failures
If a defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

Normal wear and tear

Water damage (unless the product is explicitly rated as water-resistant)

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Damage caused by improper charging equipment
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty request:

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Shipping & Replacements
